Who we are
Forteuno Web ("we," "us") operates forteunoweb.com. You can reach us at contact@forteunoweb.com.
Information we collect
- Contact and discovery-call forms: name, email, company, and any message you submit through our contact form, booking/scheduling flow, or quote requests.
- Automatic analytics data: pages visited, general location, device/browser type, and on-site behavior, collected via Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel.
- Voice/chat interactions: if you use our website's AI chat or voice assistant, the content of that conversation is processed to respond to you.
- Client communication systems: when a clinic asks us to configure a patient-support system, it may process names, phone numbers, messaging identifiers, message content, timestamps, appointment details, language preferences, and handoff notes needed to operate that system.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, quote requests, and booking requests you submit to us.
- To understand how visitors use our site and improve it.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Ads/GA4).
We do not sell your personal information.
Patient-support systems for clinics
A clinic decides why its patient data is used, which workflows are authorized, and what notices or permissions patients receive. Forteuno Web configures and operates the agreed system according to the clinic's instructions and the applicable service agreement. The agent is intended for reception, appointment coordination, administrative questions, and human handoff. It is not a medical professional and must not diagnose, prescribe, or replace clinical judgment.
Official Meta channels
Forteuno Web is a Meta Business Partner. When included in a client project, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger are connected through the tools, permissions, and business assets provided by Meta. Meta also processes information under its own terms and privacy policies. An official connection reduces risks associated with unauthorized browser automation, but it does not exempt a business from consent requirements, messaging rules, quality controls, or enforcement decisions made by Meta.
Data minimization and access
We configure each workflow to request only the information needed for the agreed task. A reception workflow should not ask for unnecessary medical details, full payment-card data, account passwords, national identifiers, or other sensitive information that is not needed to arrange or route the request. Access is limited to the people, service accounts, and providers required to run and support the system. Permissions and handoff rules are reviewed during implementation and adjusted when the clinic's process changes.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and ad performance. These are loaded after initial page load. You can block cookies via your browser settings; doing so may limit some site functionality.
Service providers and data sharing
We use providers only where needed to deliver a service. Depending on the project, these may include Meta messaging services, hosting, CRM and automation tools, appointment systems, analytics, and technical support providers. The exact tools and integrations for a client system are agreed during implementation. Website analytics are shared with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity under their respective policies. We do not sell client or patient conversations or use them for unrelated advertising.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose of the workflow, the clinic's instructions, the connected provider, and any applicable legal obligations. We define practical retention and deletion rules during setup rather than keeping every conversation indefinitely. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible, subject to legal, security, and limited backup requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you've submitted directly to Forteuno Web by emailing contact@forteunoweb.com. If your information was submitted to a clinic using a system we built, contact that clinic first because it controls the patient relationship and can identify the relevant record. We will support the clinic in handling valid requests that concern our part of the system.
Questions or security concerns
Contact contact@forteunoweb.com if you have a privacy question or believe information handled by a Forteuno Web system has been accessed or used incorrectly. Please do not include sensitive medical information in the first email.
